During a project for 8 Senses Clinic in Nashik, Yash saw firsthand how a custom website and hospital management system could transform a clinic's operations. Appointment scheduling that used to take hours of phone calls was automated. Billing that was managed with pen and paper was digitized. And the clinic's online visibility skyrocketed — bringing in new patients every week.
